We prepare a strong case why planning permission should have been granted and we draft the appeal statement and submit to the Planning Inspectorate on behalf of the client. Our fees are fixed and competitive and sometimes we may also offer a no-win-no-fee. 4D Planning have in-house architectural technicians and designers to help our clients achieve the design and layouts that they want. Our drawings are used for obtaining planning permission and for building control approval. We always take into account all planning considerations and building regulations simultaneously while preparing the architectural drawings for our planning applications. Once planning permission is granted, we then prepare the building regulations for Building Control approval and the Tender Pack/ documents for the builders.

We can prepare lease plans which are Land Registry Compliant for your property conversion or new build. We can also produce simple planning drawings for the sake of illustrating the potential layouts of a property. We liaise with Structural Engineers and Partywall Surveyors and other professionals to ensure that each project is run as smoothly as possible from inception to construction.
