Architectural Services

4D Planning have in-house architectural technicians and designers to help our clients achieve the design and layouts that they want. Our drawings are used for obtaining planning permission and for building control approval. We always take into account all planning considerations and building regulations simultaneously while preparing the architectural drawings for our planning applications. Once planning permission is granted, we then prepare the building regulations for Building Control approval and the Tender Pack/ documents for the builders.
